| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. Chapter 2272, Government Code, as added by | |
| 12 | 12 | Chapter 501 (S.B. 22), Acts of the 86th Legislature, Regular | |
| 13 | 13 | Session, 2019, is repealed. | |
| 14 | 14 | SECTION 2. To the extent of any conflict, this Act prevails | |
| 15 | 15 | over another Act of the 87th Legislature, Regular Session, 2021, | |
| 16 | 16 | relating to nonsubstantive additions to and corrections in enacted | |
| 17 | 17 | codes. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
