9 | 12 | SECTION 1. Section 386.154, Health and Safety Code, is | |
10 | - | amended by adding Subsections (f), (g), and (h) to read as follows: | |
11 | - | (f) A new motorcycle powered by an electric drive is | |
12 | - | eligible for a $1,250 incentive if the vehicle: | |
