| 13 | 13 | than a county or municipal utility district, that holds its general | |
| 14 | 14 | election for officers on a date other than the November uniform | |
| 15 | 15 | election date may, not later than December 31, 2022 [2016], change | |
| 16 | 16 | the date on which it holds its general election for officers to the | |
| 17 | 17 | November uniform election date. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
