| 7 | 13 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 8 | 14 | | SECTION 1. This Act honors the victims of violence whose |

| 9 | 15 | | lives and stories led to the passage into law of the CLEAR Alert for |
|---|
| 10 | 16 | | Missing Adults: Cayley Mandadi, D'Lisa Kelley, Erin Castro, Ashanti |

| 11 | 17 | | Billie, and the rest. |

| 12 | 18 | | SECTION 2. The heading to Subchapter Q, Chapter 411, |

| 13 | 19 | | Government Code, as added by Chapter 227 (H.B. 1769), Acts of the |
