| 12 | 10 | | SECTION 1. Section 912.002(b), Insurance Code, is amended |

| 13 | 11 | | to read as follows: |

| 14 | 12 | | (b) A county mutual insurance company is subject to: |

| 26 | | - | SECTION 2. Section 2301.053(b), Insurance Code, is amended |

| 28 | | - | (b) Each form for a personal automobile insurance policy |

| 29 | | - | must provide the coverages mandated under: |
|---|
| 30 | | - | (1) Subchapter [Subchapters] C, Chapter 1952; and |

| 31 | | - | (2) Subchapter D, Chapter 1952, unless the coverage is |
|---|
| 32 | | - | [coverages are] rejected by the named insured in the manner |
|---|
| 33 | | - | provided by that subchapter [those subchapters]. |

| 34 | | - | SECTION 3. Section 1952.101(c), Insurance Code, is |
