| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 434, Government Code, is | |
| 11 | 11 | amended by adding Section 434.109 to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | Sec. 434.109. CHILD-CARE SERVICES INFORMATION. (a) In | |
| 13 | 13 | this section, "state agency" includes an institution of higher | |
| 14 | 14 | education as defined by Section 61.003, Education Code. | |
| 15 | 15 | (b) A state agency that provides services to veterans shall | |
| 16 | 16 | post on the agency's Internet website and provide in printed | |
| 17 | 17 | materials information on child-care services available to veterans | |
| 18 | 18 | and their families. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
