The bill would amend Government Code to require the Health and Human Services Commission and the Texas Veterans Commission to produce and make available an educational instruction guide for family members and caregivers of veterans who have mental health disorders. It is assumed that the costs associated with the bill's provisions could be absorbed using existing resources.
