| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 2251.1025, Insurance Code, is repealed. | |
| 11 | 11 | SECTION 2. The change in law made by this Act applies only | |
| 12 | 12 | to a rate for a personal automobile insurance policy that is | |
| 13 | 13 | delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed on or after January 1, | |
| 14 | 14 | 2022. A rate for a personal automobile insurance policy delivered, | |
| 15 | 15 | issued for delivery, or renewed before January 1, 2022, is governed | |
| 16 | 16 | by the law as it existed immediately before the effective date of | |
| 17 | 17 | this Act, and that law is continued in effect for that purpose. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
