| 12 | 12 | Sec. 490H.0071. SPEED REPORTING. The council shall request | |
| 13 | 13 | from each provider of broadband Internet access service in this | |
| 14 | 14 | state a report on broadband speeds provided by the provider based on | |
| 15 | 15 | a reasonable sample. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
