13 | 13 | Sec. 382.551. SUBSTITUTES FOR HYDROFLUOROCARBON | |
14 | 14 | REFRIGERANTS APPLICABLE TO COMMERCIAL OR RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS OR | |
15 | 15 | CONSTRUCTION. A building code or other requirement applicable to | |
16 | 16 | commercial or residential buildings or construction may not | |
17 | 17 | prohibit the use of a substitute refrigerant authorized pursuant to | |
18 | 18 | 42 U.S.C. 7671k. | |
19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect January 1, 2023. |
