The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles reports that current processes allow for the issuance of a buyer's temporary tag in the manner specified by the bill. Therefore, it is assumed implementation of the bill would not result in a fiscal impact to the State.  Local Government ImpactNo fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
