| 12 | 12 | Sec. 31.0015. PROHIBITION OF WAIVER. Except as provided by | |
| 13 | 13 | a provision of this code, the secretary of state may not waive or | |
| 14 | 14 | suspend the application of a provision of this code or a rule | |
| 15 | 15 | adopted under this code. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
