| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Chapter 2161, Government Code, is repealed. | |
| 11 | 11 | SECTION 2. The repeal by this Act of Chapter 2161, | |
| 12 | 12 | Government Code, does not apply to a transfer of funds directed by | |
| 13 | 13 | the Legislative Budget Board under Section 2161.005, Government | |
| 14 | 14 | Code, before the effective date of this Act. A transfer of funds | |
| 15 | 15 | directed by the Legislative Budget Board before the effective date | |
| 16 | 16 | of this Act is governed by that section as it existed immediately | |
| 17 | 17 | before the effective date of this Act, and the former law is | |
| 18 | 18 | continued in effect for that purpose. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
