| 7 | 13 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 8 | 14 | | SECTION 1. Section 154.1135(b), Tax Code, is amended to |

| 10 | 16 | | (b) The payment must be made in cash or by money order, [or] |
|---|

|---|
| 12 | 18 | | SECTION 2. Section 155.050(b), Tax Code, is amended to read |

| 13 | 19 | | as follows: |

| 16 | 22 | | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
