| 11 | 11 | (d) The commission by rule shall require a person registered | |
| 12 | 12 | under this section who operates a wind-powered generation facility | |
| 13 | 13 | to maintain the capability to generate at least 75 percent of the | |
| 14 | 14 | facility's nameplate capacity as a condition of maintaining the | |
| 15 | 15 | registration. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
