| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. Section 382.05198, Health and Safety Code, is | |
| 12 | 12 | amended by adding Subsection (c) to read as follows: | |
| 13 | 13 | (c) If an application for a standard permit for a concrete | |
| 14 | 14 | batch plant submitted under Section 382.05195 is withdrawn, the | |
| 15 | 15 | applicant may not submit an application for the same plant under | |
| 16 | 16 | this section earlier than the 365th day after the date on which the | |
| 17 | 17 | original application was withdrawn. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
