The bill would amend Chapter 403 of the Government Code to require the Comptroller to submit to the Legislature and to post on the agency's website an annual report on state lending and credit support programs. The bill would require political subdivisions and other state agencies to submit the relevant information to the Comptroller. It is assumed that the costs associated with the bill's provisions could be absorbed using existing resources.
