The bill would amend Chapter 403 of the Government Code to require the Bond Review Board to submit to the Legislature and to post on the agency's website a biennial report on state lending and credit support programs. The bill would require political subdivisions and other state agencies to submit the relevant information to the Bond Review Board. The Bond Review Board indicates there would be a cost associated with the reporting requirement. This analysis assumes the cost could be absorbed using existing resources.
