                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD     Austin, Texas       FISCAL NOTE, 87TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION             April 20, 2021       TO: Honorable Senfronia Thompson, Chair, House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures     FROM: Jerry McGinty, Director, Legislative Budget Board      IN RE: HB3803 by Geren (Relating to the adoption of a certain plumbing code by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.), As Introduced     No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. The bill would require the State Board of Plumbing Examiners to adopt the 2015 edition of the International Plumbing Code. This analysis assumes there would be a minimal cost associated with implementing the provisions of the bill that could be absorbed within current resources.
