| 24 | + | (d) An applicant who has completed training under |

| 25 | + | guidelines established by PERC shall also submit the required |
---|
| 26 | + | application together with the original nonrefundable license fee |
---|
| 27 | + | established by the commission under Section 113.082 and proof of |
---|
| 28 | + | completion of training. |
---|
| 29 | + | (e) An applicant who satisfies the provisions of this |
---|
| 30 | + | subchapter may engage in the activities set forth in this chapter |
---|
| 31 | + | just as one who receives a license in this state. |
---|
| 32 | + | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives |
---|
| 33 | + | a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as |
---|
| 34 | + | provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this |
---|
| 35 | + | Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this |
---|
| 36 | + | Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
