118 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
12- SECTION 1. (a) Section 325.025, Government Code, is
13- repealed.
14- (b) The following provisions of the Special District Local
15- Laws Code are repealed:
16- (1) Section 8501.0015;
17- (2) Section 8502.0021;
18- (3) Section 8503.0021;
19- (4) Section 8504.0021;
20- (5) Section 8506.0021; and
21- (6) Section 8508.0005.
22- (c) Section 1A, Chapter 629, Acts of the 62nd Legislature,
23- Regular Session, 1971, is repealed.
24- (d) Section 1A, Chapter 75, Acts of the 43rd Legislature,
25- 1st Called Session, 1933, is repealed.
26- (e) Section 1A, Chapter 186, Acts of the 50th Legislature,
27- Regular Session, 1947, is repealed.
28- (f) Section 1.02A, Chapter 427, Acts of the 44th

4449 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
4550 a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
4651 provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
4752 Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
4853 Act takes effect September 1, 2021.
