| 18 | 18 | appropriate money and a state agency may not use appropriated money | |
| 19 | 19 | to settle or otherwise pay a sexual harassment claim made against an | |
| 20 | 20 | elected member of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of | |
| 21 | 21 | state government or a person appointed by the governor to serve as a | |
| 22 | 22 | member of a department, commission, board, or other public office | |
| 23 | 23 | within the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of state | |
| 24 | 24 | government. | |
| 25 | 25 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. |
