A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the transaction of business by the Court of Appeals for
the Eleventh Court of Appeals District.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 22.212, Government Code, is amended by
to read as follows:
(c) The court may transact its business in the City of
Eastland or in any county in the district as the court determines is
necessary or convenient.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021.
