A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to repealing provisions prohibiting a physician assistant
from serving as a governing person or officer of certain business
entities.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Sections 22.0561(b), 152.0551(b), and
301.012(a-2), Business Organizations Code, are repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021.
