910 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1011 SECTION 1. DEFINITIONS. In this Act:
11- (1) "Artist" means a person who engages in acting,
12- dancing, improvisation, singing, and other similar artistic
13- performances.
14- (2) "Commission" means the Texas Facilities

2623 (b) Not later than December 1, 2022, the commission shall

3027 SECTION 3. EXPIRATION DATE. This Act expires January 1,

3229 SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Act takes effect September
3330 1, 2021.
