| 14 | 14 | conduct a study on the creation of a divinity program, from | |
| 15 | 15 | undergraduate to doctoral degrees, at Texas Southern University | |
| 16 | 16 | with a goal to establish a program before the start of the 88th | |
| 17 | 17 | regular legislative session; and, be it further | |
| 18 | 18 | RESOLVED, That the secretary of state forward an official | |
