| 12 | 12 | Sec. 33. The legislature by general law may provide for a | |
| 13 | 13 | court to grant a commutation of punishment to certain individuals | |
| 14 | 14 | serving a term of imprisonment. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This proposed constitutional amendment shall be | |
| 16 | 16 | submitted to the voters at an election to be held on November 2, | |
| 17 | 17 | 2021. The ballot shall be printed to provide voting for or against | |
| 18 | 18 | the proposition: "The constitutional amendment authorizing the | |
| 19 | 19 | legislature to enact laws providing for a court to grant a | |
| 20 | 20 | commutation of punishment to certain individuals serving a term of | |
| 21 | 21 | imprisonment." |
