119 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1210 SECTION 1. Article I, Texas Constitution, is amended by
1311 adding Section 6-a to read as follows:
1412 Sec. 6-a. This state or a political subdivision of this
1513 state may not enact, adopt, or issue a statute, order,
1614 proclamation, decision, or rule that prohibits or limits religious
17- services, including religious services conducted in churches,
18- congregations, and places of worship, in this state by a religious
19- organization established to support and serve the propagation of a
20- sincerely held religious belief.
