45 R E S O L U T I O N
56 WHEREAS, Rea Motiwala has ably served her fellow Texans as an
67 intern in the office of State Representative Jacey Jetton during
78 the 87th Legislative Session; and
89 WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Motiwala has provided
910 vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks
1011 while gaining valuable experience in the field of public service;
1112 she has also learned more about the legislative process and the
1213 issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State by assisting the
1314 representative's office in filing 34 pieces of legislation on a
1415 range of subjects, including election integrity, government
1516 transparency, health care access, and tax policy; and
1617 WHEREAS, A student at The University of Texas at Austin,
1718 Ms. Motiwala is majoring in anthropology, and she plans to attend
1819 law school; and
1920 WHEREAS, Rea Motiwala has performed her duties as a
2021 legislative intern with skill and dedication, and she is indeed
2122 deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, therefore,
2223 be it
2324 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
2425 Legislature hereby commend Rea Motiwala for her service as a
2526 legislative intern in the office of State Representative Jacey
2627 Jetton and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success
2728 in all her endeavors; and, be it further
2829 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2930 prepared for Ms. Motiwala as an expression of high regard by the
3031 Texas House of Representatives.
