| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Rahil Motiwala has ably served his fellow Texans as |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Motiwala has provided |

| 9 | 10 | | vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks |

| 10 | 11 | | while gaining valuable experience in the field of public service; |

| 11 | 12 | | he has also learned more about the legislative process and the |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State by assisting the |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | representative's office in filing 34 pieces of legislation on a |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | range of subjects, including election integrity, government |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | transparency, health care access, and tax policy; Mr. Motiwala is a |

| 16 | 17 | | student at The University of Texas at Austin; and |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Rahil Motiwala has performed his duties as a |

| 18 | 19 | | legislative intern with skill and dedication, and he is indeed |

| 19 | 20 | | deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore, |
