45 R E S O L U T I O N
56 WHEREAS, Alkiviades Boukas has been named valedictorian of
67 the Class of 2021 at Bellaire High School, and he indeed merits
78 special recognition for receiving this significant honor; and
89 WHEREAS, Earning the title of valedictorian requires not only
910 intellect and aptitude, but also four years of dedication to the
1011 highest academic standards; in securing his place as a top-ranking
1112 student in his class, Mr. Boukas demonstrated a thorough
1213 understanding of a wide range of subjects, and his attainment of
1314 this coveted distinction is the crowning achievement of a notable
1415 high school career; and
1516 WHEREAS, Mr. Boukas completed his high school studies with an
1617 impressive grade point average of 5.0; following graduation, he
1718 plans to pursue a degree in physics at The University of Texas at
1819 Austin; and
1920 WHEREAS, During his years at Bellaire High, Alkiviades Boukas
2021 has earned the respect and admiration of both his teachers and
2122 classmates, and his exceptional scholastic ability and commitment
2223 to excellence have opened the way to a bright and promising future
2324 for this outstanding young Texan; now, therefore, be it
2425 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
2526 Legislature hereby congratulate Alkiviades Boukas on graduating as
2627 valedictorian of the Bellaire High School Class of 2021 and extend
2728 to him sincere best wishes for continued success as he begins the
2829 next exciting chapter of his life; and, be it further
2930 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
3031 prepared for Mr. Boukas as an expression of high regard by the Texas
3132 House of Representatives.
