| 10 | 11 | | publishes, and maintains the official journals of house proceedings |

| 11 | 12 | | and makes this record of legislative history available on a daily |

| 12 | 13 | | basis, including transcription of legislative debate; the office is |

| 13 | 14 | | also responsible for operating the voting system and maintaining |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, In addition to Ms. Doran, the office staff includes |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, With skill and precision, Ms. Doran and each member |
