| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, The CyberStart America Initiative is an innovative |

| 10 | 11 | | cybersecurity training program in which high school students |

| 11 | 12 | | compete for scholarships and prizes; developed by the SANS |

| 12 | 13 | | Institute, the initiative encourages the next generation to pursue |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | careers in the field; in the CyberStart online challenge, students |

| 14 | 15 | | take on the role of a cyber protection agent and work to solve |

| 15 | 16 | | realistic problems and puzzles and to explore such topics as |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, A junior at LASA, Mr. Morris was one of just seven |

| 18 | 19 | | students from Texas who ranked in the top two percent of the more |

| 19 | 20 | | than 5,000 CyberStart participants nationwide; and |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, This talented young Texan has demonstrated |

| 21 | 22 | | exceptional skill and ingenuity in an emerging technology field, |
