| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Gossage was named general manager of Texas Motor |

| 9 | 10 | | Speedway in 1995, and the 1,500-acre complex was officially opened |

| 10 | 11 | | the following year; it has since hosted millions of fans at NASCAR, |

| 11 | 12 | | IndyCar, and World of Outlaws races and held concerts by famed acts |

| 12 | 13 | | such as The Rolling Stones, ZZ Top, and Willie Nelson; as the face |

| 13 | 14 | | of TMS, Mr. Gossage made his name through colorful promotions, |

| 14 | 15 | | including having two trained capuchin monkeys sell programs at a |

| 15 | 16 | | 2010 race, building the world's largest LED high-definition |
