| 11 | 12 | | welfare, payday lending, and chief county authority; during her |

| 12 | 13 | | tenure, she has earned the appreciation of her colleagues for her |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, An alumna of Concordia University Texas, Ms. Entrop |

| 18 | 19 | | duties as legislative director with skill and dedication, and she |
