| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Gautham Metta has ably served his fellow Texans as |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, A student at The University of Texas at Austin, |

| 9 | 10 | | Mr. Metta has provided vital assistance in handling a wide variety |

| 10 | 11 | | of challenging tasks; in addition to gaining valuable experience in |

| 11 | 12 | | the field of public service, he has learned more about the |

| 12 | 13 | | legislative process and the issues facing citizens of the Lone Star |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed his |
