45 R E S O L U T I O N
56 WHEREAS, James Mills has ably served his fellow Texans as an
67 intern in the office of State Representative Valoree Swanson during
78 the 87th Legislative Session; and
89 WHEREAS, A student at The University of Texas at Austin,
910 Mr. Mills has provided vital assistance in handling a wide variety
1011 of challenging tasks since joining Representative Swanson's staff;
1112 in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public
1213 service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the
1314 issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and
1415 WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed his
1516 duties as a legislative intern with skill and dedication, and he is
1617 indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now,
1718 therefore, be it
1819 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
1920 Legislature hereby commend James Mills for his service as a
2021 legislative intern in the office of State Representative Valoree
2122 Swanson and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success
2223 in all his endeavors; and, be it further
2324 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2425 prepared for Mr. Mills as an expression of high regard by the Texas
2526 House of Representatives.
