| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, James Mills has ably served his fellow Texans as an |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, A student at The University of Texas at Austin, |

| 9 | 10 | | Mr. Mills has provided vital assistance in handling a wide variety |

| 10 | 11 | | of challenging tasks since joining Representative Swanson's staff; |

| 11 | 12 | | in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public |

| 12 | 13 | | service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the |

| 13 | 14 | | issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed his |
