45 R E S O L U T I O N
56 WHEREAS, During the 2020-2021 academic year, the Kennedale
67 Independent School District has continued its proud legacy of
78 providing area youth with a solid educational foundation on which
89 to build; and
910 WHEREAS, Serving approximately 2,880 students, Kennedale ISD
1011 seeks to foster a challenging and supportive learning environment
1112 where young people are equipped to excel in every aspect of their
1213 education; and
1314 WHEREAS, Kennedale ISD is ably guided by superintendent Chad
1415 Gee, and it also benefits from the leadership of its board of
1516 trustees, which includes president John Clark, secretary Andrew
1617 Biscoe, and members Sean Glovier, Debbie Villagomez, Maria Douglas,
1718 Felicia Moody, and Darryl Owens; and
1819 WHEREAS, The administrators, teachers, staff, and trustees
1920 of Kennedale ISD have helped to provide many young Texans with the
2021 knowledge and skills they need to become productive members of
2122 society, and the district is indeed deserving of special
2223 recognition for its significant contributions; now, therefore, be
2324 it
2425 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
2526 Legislature hereby honor the Kennedale Independent School District
2627 on a successful 2020-2021 academic year and extend to all those
2728 associated with the district sincere best wishes for the future;
2829 and, be it further
2930 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
3031 prepared for the district as an expression of high regard by the
3132 Texas House of Representatives.
