| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, During the 2020-2021 academic year, the Crowley |

| 10 | 11 | | campuses, Crowley ISD seeks to foster a challenging and supportive |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Crowley ISD is ably guided by superintendent |

| 14 | 15 | | Dr. Michael D. McFarland, and it also benefits from the leadership |

| 15 | 16 | | of its board of trustees, which includes president Dr. Mia Hall, |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, The administrators, teachers, staff, and trustees |

| 22 | 23 | | society, and the district is indeed deserving of special |

| 25 | 26 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas |
