| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Each year, the Lone Star Cup program recognizes |

| 10 | 11 | | based on team accomplishments in a wide range of competitions, |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, In the 2021 rankings, Panhandle High accumulated an |

| 13 | 14 | | impressive total of 36 points, only two points behind the tying |

| 14 | 15 | | first-place finishers in the 2A Division; this outstanding |

| 15 | 16 | | achievement is a testament to the dedicated efforts of the PHS |

| 16 | 17 | | student body, as well as the enthusiastic support of parents, |

| 17 | 18 | | faculty, staff, school administrators, and the board of trustees; |

| 18 | 19 | | the contributions of Panhandle Elementary and Junior High Schools |
