| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Cydnye Robinson of Chester has ably served her |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Responsible for running the district office, |

| 9 | 10 | | Ms. Robinson maintains Representative White's presence in the |

| 10 | 11 | | district during the session and manages correspondence with |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | constituents during the interim; her resourcefulness and |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | initiative have earned the appreciation of her colleagues, and her |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | contributions to carrying forth the representative's legislative |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | agenda have helped to address issues facing citizens across the |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | Lone Star State; and |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Robinson graduated from Chester High School and |

| 17 | 18 | | earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from |

| 18 | 19 | | Stephen F. Austin State University; she married Roman Robinson on |

| 19 | 20 | | March 26, 2020, in a ceremony they joyfully succeeded in arranging |

| 20 | 21 | | following a delay caused by the COVID-19 pandemic; and |

| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed her |

| 22 | 23 | | duties with skill and dedication, and she is indeed deserving of |

| 23 | 24 | | special recognition for her fine work; now, therefore, be it |

| 24 | 25 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas |
