| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Jamie weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces, and measured 21 |

| 10 | 11 | | inches in length when he made his long-awaited debut at St. David's |

| 11 | 12 | | Medical Center in Austin at 4:46 p.m.; and |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, In addition to bringing great happiness to his |

| 13 | 14 | | parents, Jamie's birth has delighted his maternal grandparents, |

| 14 | 15 | | Julie Anderson Ross and Steven Tracy Ross, and his paternal |
