| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Residents of El Paso County elected Iliana Holguin |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, In carrying out the responsibilities of her office, |

| 10 | 11 | | Ms. Holguin is joining with the other members of the commissioners |

| 11 | 12 | | court to address the urgent issues facing the community, and their |

| 12 | 13 | | work will have a lasting influence on the daily lives of their |

| 13 | 14 | | fellow citizens; and |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, The effective operation of government depends on the |

| 15 | 16 | | able and dedicated efforts of our public servants, and Iliana |

| 16 | 17 | | Holguin's skills and experience are sure to serve her well as she |
