| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Cruz A. Ochoa Jr. was reelected as the District 5 |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Ysleta school board work in |

| 9 | 10 | | conjunction with administrators, classroom teachers, and parents |

| 10 | 11 | | to foster a supportive and challenging environment at the |

| 11 | 12 | | district's schools; in so doing, they play an essential role in |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | providing students with a strong academic foundation on which to |

| 13 | 14 | | build a bright and prosperous future; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, In accepting the responsibilities of serving on the |

| 15 | 16 | | Ysleta school board, Cruz Ochoa has made an exemplary commitment to |
