| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Irma Scholes has ably served her fellow Texans as |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Scholes's resourcefulness and initiative have |

| 10 | 11 | | carrying forth Representative Sherman's legislative agenda have |
