| 10 | 11 | | performance in the 2A computer applications contest; and |

| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Through his hard work and commitment to excellence, |

| 12 | 13 | | Dakota Ringo has distinguished himself in the state's premier high |

| 13 | 14 | | school academic competition, and his accomplishments are a source |
