45 R E S O L U T I O N
56 WHEREAS, Emmanuella Mbajiofor has been named salutatorian of
67 the Class of 2021 at Alief Early College High School in Houston, and
78 she indeed merits special recognition for receiving this
89 significant honor; and
910 WHEREAS, Earning the title of salutatorian requires not only
1011 intellect and aptitude, but also four years of dedication to the
1112 highest academic standards; in securing her place as one of the two
1213 top-ranking students in her class, Ms. Mbajiofor demonstrated a
1314 thorough understanding of a wide range of subjects, and her
1415 attainment of this coveted distinction is the crowning achievement
1516 of a notable high school career; and
1617 WHEREAS, During her years at Alief Early College High,
1718 Emmanuella Mbajiofor has earned the respect and admiration of both
1819 her teachers and classmates, and her exceptional scholastic ability
1920 and commitment to excellence have opened the way to a bright and
2021 promising future for this outstanding young Texan; now, therefore,
2122 be it
2223 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
2324 Legislature hereby congratulate Emmanuella Mbajiofor on graduating
2425 as salutatorian of the Alief Early College High School Class of 2021
2526 and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success as she
2627 begins the next exciting chapter of her life; and, be it further
2728 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2829 prepared for Ms. Mbajiofor as an expression of high regard by the
2930 Texas House of Representatives.
