| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Daniel Giese has ably served his fellow Texans as |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Since becoming a legislative employee, Mr. Giese |

| 9 | 10 | | has contributed to the workings of state government firsthand; |

| 10 | 11 | | handling a wide variety of challenging tasks, he has provided vital |

| 11 | 12 | | leadership and helped ensure the efficient operation of the |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed his |
