| 7 | 8 | | became the proud parents of a darling baby girl, Macy Kay Willett; |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, This charming bundle of joy weighed 7 pounds, 9 |

| 10 | 11 | | ounces, and measured 18-3/4 inches in length when she made her |

| 11 | 12 | | long-awaited arrival at 7:39 a.m. at Seton Medical Center in |

| 12 | 13 | | Austin; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Macy has brought great happiness not only to her |

| 14 | 15 | | parents but also to her brother, Owen Townsend Willett, age six, and |

| 15 | 16 | | to her grandparents, Rodney and Melodee Taylor and Jeff and Judy |

| 16 | 17 | | Willett; she is named after her great-great-grandmother Macy |

| 17 | 18 | | Janner, who lived to be 102, and she shares her middle name with |

| 18 | 19 | | both of her grandmothers; and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Macy begins her life sheltered in the warm embrace |
