| 9 | 10 | | Athletic Center in San Antonio on March 2, Ms. Chase turned in an |

| 10 | 11 | | exemplary performance; she captured the gold medal in the 200-yard |

| 11 | 12 | | individual medley with a time of 2 minutes, 3.15 seconds, and she |

| 12 | 13 | | collected the bronze medal in the 100-yard freestyle, clocking in |

| 13 | 14 | | at 51.03 seconds; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, By excelling in the state's premier showcase for |
